  • Hire needed Manpower (for all branches and head office) within a certain period of time
  • Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms.
  • Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, and experience.
  • Perform reference and background checks on applicants and employee referrals.
  • Hire applicants, prepare and maintain employment records.
  • Make job posting using online channels, “AL Mokhtabar” website.
  • Update “AL Mokhtabar” subscription on recruitment websites regularly, and subscribe in new, effective ones.
  • Develop “AL Mokhtabar” employment branding by participating in employment fairs.
  • Authorize paperwork assigning them to positions.
  • Prepare recruitment status report on a weekly basis.
Experience : 3 - 5 Years.

Job description:
  • Calculate House calls of chemists or the deductions made on the receptionists, bonuses, incentives and converting them into cash.
  • Receive the employees’ attendance books and convert the early leave and late comings into cash deductions.
  • Enter the data related to the salary calculation on the company salary system.
  • Calculate the employees’ overtime.
  • Calculate the total salary (net salary + taxes + insurance).
  • Answer the employees’ inquiries, complains & problems regarding the salaries and deductions and solve these problems.
  • Experience : 3 - 5 Years.
