Precautions and Preparation
Please inform the physician whether or not you are taking medication for gout.
It is preferable to provide the first morning urine sample. Discard the first portion in the toilet and collect the remaining urine in the laboratory container.
Please inform the receptionist or physician if you have recently taken iron treatment or undergone a blood transfusion.
Please inform the receptionist or physician if you are taking calcium therapy or have kidney problems.
