Please inform the receptionist or physician if you have recently taken iron treatment or undergone a blood transfusion.
Please inform the physician if you are taking any medications, as this may affect and elevate the test result.
Fast for 12-14 hours.
It is preferable to provide the first morning urine sample. Discard the first portion in the toilet and collect the remaining urine in the laboratory container.
